Order Processing Times
- Standard Shipping: Orders are lovingly processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Every mystery box and bundle is hand-picked and packed with care just for you — good things take a little time! We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Delivery Time Once your order is packed and on its way, expect it to arrive within 8–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number to follow your package along the journey.
Shipping Rates We ship throughout the United States. Rates are based on your delivery zone:
- Zone 1 – Southeast (NC, TN, SC, GA, VA, FL, AL, MS, AR, WV, KY): $14.99 Standard | $24.99 Express
- Zone 2 – South & Central (TX, OK, LA, MD, DE, PA, OH, IN, MI, WI, MO, IA, IL): $18.99 Standard | $30.99 Express
- Zone 3 – Far & West (MT, MN, WY, ID, WA, OR, CA, CO, ND, SD, NE, KS, NM, AZ, NV, UT, AK, HI, and all remaining states): $24.99 Standard only - Express shipping is not available for this zone.
